I bought this hot sauce to support Steve O and his work. I wasn’t expecting anything that great but I have to say the taste is outstanding! It’s got a kick but it’s also not too hot for people who don’t tolerate spice well (I put myself in this category). Hot but not too hot.

SO this is like the Nouc Cham Cha Geo (sweet spring roll chili sauce) that we get from the Asian markets but with a bit of flair. If nothing else, it’s a bit of Steve-O so you know you can’t go wrong. I mean, who better to judge flavor than the man who went to clown college against his parents’ wishes??? This is a bit spicier than spring roll sauce, has a touch of sweetness, and flavor all day. If you’ve seen his video with Gordon Ramsay where he puts it in his eye, that’s swell, but I wouldn’t endorse that usage for the common foodie. Still, this has an ‘always’ spot in my pantry. Makes a bomb-ass bang bang sauce for coconut shrimp, or whatever else you use bang bang for. Highly recommend!!!
