The heat does not overpower the sauce nor does it overpower fodds that you put it on. I had family come in town the same week that I rec’d sauce and they fell in love with this sauce. I will purchase again when done with this bottle. A little goes a long way.

There is no hot sauce like this that I have tried. It has heat, and hotter than most Louisiana sauces, but the flavor profile is so balanced. Not too vinegary, good kick, and this is the kicker, INCREDIBLE flavor. For a frame of reference, my favorite hot sauce is Cholula, but this is a very dominant 2nd place, and even better than Cholula if you’re heat seeking for something hotter.
