This was a fun project to do with my son. We love hot sauce and was excited about making these. It’s also a good way to learn about how to make your own creations in the future. However if you follow the instructions, they aren’t really that hot/spicy. You will want to add more peppers than instructed. You will also have so many left over ingredients to make more than just 4 containers.

My kids got this as a birthday gift for me and I love it! Clear instructions and recipes with all the ingredients you need to make some fun hot sauce. I like ridiculously spicy things so I had to double the dried peppers to make it respectable, but it made for a really fun quarantine activity. Works great if you have an immersion blender. Love this kit!

I bought this for my best friend for her birthday. I wasn’t exactly sure what it included because I’m awful at reading descriptions (you should see some of the things I’ve ordered because I’m a dummy..another story). Anyway, this was PERFECT!!! She absolutely loved it!The skull jars were a little smaller than I had imagined. But she said they are perfect because you don’t use a lot of sauce at once and so it won’t go bad in the little jars.The peppers are actually dehydrated, real peppers!!! I thought it had little powder packets, nope, real peppers!!! The cookbook had perfect recipes included.If you have friends that like it hot, you should definitely get this!!

It turned out to be a great gift for fathers day. The jars were surprisingly bigger than I thought and loved that it was glass instead of plastic. Peppers are actual dried peppers, and the amount of spices was great.

Got my husband this kit for Christmas. Sometimes amazon is a toss up on products but this was high quality! 100% recommend. 10/10

The recipe is a bit off. It says you need a 22oz can of diced tomatoes for each hot sauce recipe you make, however that was enough to make enough of each hot sauce to fill the four skull jars the kit came with. Other than that, no complaints! The kit comes with enough spices and peppers to make more the two batches of hot sauce, which is nice and I wasn’t expecting. Also the ingredients and peppers are super high quality. Also, the skull jars are actually glass (not plastic) and ridiculously cute! Would definitely recommend. Was a super fun kit for a fantastic price.
