This is my favorite hot sauce, and I used to only be able to get it in Seoul, South Korea. Can’t believe the crew from Nekkid Wings is finally on Amazon and I can get this delivered to my house- no more begging one of my friends to mail me more! It’s hot, but if you’re a chili-head like me, you’ll end up drowning breakfast burritos in Jindotgae and it won’t bother you too much. (I could’ve drunk this stuff by the bottle when I was pregnant with my son!) There’s a slightly Eastern element to the flavor profile because of the fermented peppers, so it’s different from your mainstream Tabasco or Texas Pete; and I think it’s definitely more interesting. Can’t wait to toss some smoked wings in this stuff and get a little steam coming out of my friends’ ears!

The packaging of the bottle itself is nice. Has a removable seal. Taste is great- on the nose it smells HOT. Heat level is average has a nice kick but not too much. The flavor is where it’s at. Maybe the tamarind makes all the difference here? Overall great sauce!
