This is great hot sauce. We have also had the hoisin hot sauce from this same company. That hoisin hot sauce is currently our favorite hot sauce, but this one is great too. We like the mix of the sweet hoisin flavor with the more gentle amount of heat from the hoisin hot sauce. This Sriracha hot sauce is also delicious, and definitely adds more heat, so if you like a good hot hot sauce than this one may be for you. This company makes wonderful sauces with an ingredient list that we really like as well. We strongly recommend trying their sauces. We love it!

These little packets are great for on the go. I brought some camping because they’re easier to store. This flavor is HOT and just a touch too spicy for me for general use. My partner loves it and he’s been using it on a variety of foods from eggs to rice dishes and everything in between.

I’m not a siracha sauce expert, but this sauce has great flavor. I’ve only ever had the red siracha sauce from the bottle and this hits differently than that. The first taste has a slight sweetness to it, possibly from the ginger. Then you get the hit of spicy, definitely from the habanero. The balance of flavors is just right in this sauce. You can basically put it on anything that you want to add a bit of tangy spice. Good stuff.

Sometimes I will take ketchup or some sauce with me to a restaurant, because that restaurant doesn’t have good ketchup or the kind of sauce I like. An example would be In-N-Out Burger. They have amazing fries, but I think their ketchup is terrible. So whenever I eat inside their restaurant, I bring my own ketchup. That’s why I ordered this 25-pack of single serve Sriracha sauce packets from Fix Hot Sauce. I love spicy food, but I can’t always find the right sauce that I like at some restaurants. So this way I can just bring a few of these packets with me to use if necessary. These packets would also be great for a picnic or when traveling. I love the flavor of this particular variety of Sriracha sauce. It’s sweet but also very spicy, which is a satisfying combination for me.

Sriracha in packets seems like such an obviously great idea I’m surprised I haven’t seen it before. You can toss these in your lunch bag, take them camping, or even bring them with you to a restaurant. It’s not the traditional Thai or Vietnamese sriracha, as it also contain ginger- a common enough ingredient in Asian sauces- and lemon, a very uncommon one. It’s also a good deal spicier than the usual sriracha, as it’s made with habanero peppers, which have a Scoville rating of 80,000 to 10,000 as opposed to the 5,000 to 8,000 of the familiar brand. (Thai sriracha falls somewhere in the middle.) If you’re the sort of person who loves hot peppers and for whom the usual sriracha isn’t spicy enough, this may be the sauce for you.

Fix Hot Sauce Habanero Ginger Sriracha Sauce takes familiar sriracha sauce and amps up the flavor with ginger and lemon. The 25 individual packets holds 7g of orange sriracha sauce in each packet. The individual packets are easy to tuck into a pocket, purse, carry-on, or backpack. The only negative I have for these packets is that there isn’t a simple tear notch or small slit area. Since the packet is heavy duty, I needed to use a pair of scissors or a knife to access the hot sauce. I hope for future efforts, the manufacturer will add the tear notch. Although the heat from the habanero chili peppers can test your taste buds, the sauce is incredibly nuanced as it also includes ginger, lemon, garlic, sea salt, cane sugar, and rice vinegar. Each ingredient makes its presence known and it finishes with a burning heat on the tongue. It is fantastic! As a fan of sriracha and spicy foods in general, I used this sauce at every meal – from topping over easy eggs in the morning to topping ramen at lunch to drizzling over fried chicken at dinner. It is even delightful making a sauce by pairing the orange sriracha with mayonnaise to top homemade poke bowls. The accompaniment options are really endless. The sauce is Non-GMO Project Verified, Gluten-Free, and Vegan Certified. The sauce is Made in Vietnam. The product I received has an expiration date of 8 months from the date I received it. It is a delicious sauce that will impress any spicy food lover.

This sauce is great. Strong habanero flavor and strong heat that coats the whole mouth but doesn’t linger too long when used sparingly. This sauce delivers a high level of heat with great sriracha/habanero flavor while also not burning out your taste buds. A little goes a long way, and this sauce is not overly salty tasting. Great hot sauce.

We picked up this hot sauce not expecting much. It advertised a unique flavor, but I thought it probably wouldn’t be that hot. Maybe like Tabasco or Siracha – enough heat for some extra kick, but not a big deal.Turns out, this stuff is decently hot and surprised me on many occasions. I wouldn’t say it’s painful or overbearing, but it definitely has more heat to it than the standard “pep-up” bottles we keep in the refrigerator. The Ginger flavor is excellent, with depth and nuance and heat, and went well with everything I tried it with — but ginger doesn’t go with everything, so it’s a little less versatile than “plain” flavors.Individual serving packets are useful for travel or on-the-go eating, but when I restock I’ll definitely want to get a full-sized bottle to cut down on waste.
