Everybody has a different taster, but to me these three hot sauces are all a good heat to flavor/ratio! Some hot sauces are so hot you tend to not use them as much. I like using all three of these, of course with the proper precautions.

Observations:(1) RED JALAPENO PEPPER SAUCEThe jalapeños here are red and ripened, leading to a huge depth of flavor and rich heat. Salty with a sharply acidulous bite, this rustic Gunslinger signature formula (only three ingredients!) hasn’t had to change in 25 years despite the onslaught of competition. It’s no secret Trader Joe’s bottles it as their own brand — essential stuff.(2) GREEN JALAPEÑO PEPPER SAUCEBright Christmas green and accentuated with spices, its fresh, vegetal bite somehow evokes newly ground black pepper — it pops on the tongue and lingers on the finish, and its bold color livens any aesthetic presentation.(3) CHIPOTLE HABANERO PEPPER SAUCEUses ripened and smoked habanero AND jalapeño peppers. Kept a set myself and gifted another! This hot sauce is the perfect balance of heat and flavor! I tried it many years ago at a bar in Las Vegas, and when I moved to Tennessee, it was very hard to find. Thank you Amazon for allowing me to reconnect with Arizona Gunslinger. I have tried all of their flavors at one time or another. They all meet or exceed expectations. The Habanero versions have great flavor without being too over the top heat wise. Best buy all around.

My new favorite hot sauce. I remember trying this at a restaurant years ago and I loved it but couldn’t find out where to get it. Goes great with everything, Mexican food, pizza, eggs, baptisms, you name it! Homemade sauces are usually much butter (mayo, salad dressings, salsa, sweet & sour, bbq, etc), but hot sauce is something I can’t figure out, and I doubt I’ll ever get close to this.
