Found this in Boulder Colorado at a food market and, I have to say, it’s pretty spectacular. I make a lot of aiolis with this sauce as well.

We bought this whole on vacation in Colorado. Now, we get it shipped to our home because this stuff is the BOMB! Best hot sauce. It’s smoky and carries some punch but not a direct sting. It is hot without stupid discomfort…there’s flavor in it. So good. Now it’s our favorite for tacos, chili and fries.

Spicy, smoky, and just plain delicious. This has a heat level similar to serrano peppers for me. I am a sucker for smoky flavors, and I love hot sauce, so this is perfect for me. I use this on just about everything. It’s got an almost creamy consistency. I’ve not tried this on meat as I’m plant-based, but I cannot imagine this would be bad on anything. So good!

Oh man, is this good stuff. Smoky and thick, it stands up to just about everything. The heat level is good (serrano level or so, I’d guess), and the flavor is outstanding. I love it!
