Excited to be here –
Good price and same old Melinda’s I love. I see some reviews say this company stole the recipe/idea. Kinda makes it taste ever better knowing it’s Hot.. (get it, ‘stolen’ lol) One review (only one) says.. “too much vinegar” they are nuts!, Melinda’s has less vinegar than any sauce I’ve ever had… and I had tried so so many. (AND I even love vinegar). I Like Tabasco also, but very heavy on vinegar there. But I like many, (Hot sauce addict). Melinda’s original my #1, low on vinegar and not crazy hot. Try the Melinda’s XXXX reserve if you want really Hot.

Wooh, a hit of spice and flavor. Throw this on anything. I first received this as a gift, from Grams. took 6 months to try it and now I always make sure to have a bottle.

The best part of this sauce is the flavor. Clean, without the double-barreled vinegar bite of the sauce from Avery Island – the acid in Melinda’s comes from lime juice tempered by (of all things) carrots. I use it on bacon-egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwiches (good MORNING!), canned chili, Pillsbury Toaster Scrambles – anywhere I want some heat. According to some surveys, it’s only about 450-500 Scoville units, so it’s a great introduction to hot sauces; if you like more assertive heat, they have other, hotter habanero versions, as well as ghost- and reaper-pepper sauces. I’ve been using it for years, and I’ve never been disappointed!

Originally was only able to buy Melindas when in Costa Rica. It’s the most flavorful hot sauce without burning you. A favorite here for years. The price for a single bottle is perfect.

This is a gateway sauce to other hot sauces. Med-Hot for hot sauce rookies (about 2x hotter than Tobasco type sauces– but the flavor and texture is what will hook you. This is the sauce that will make you understand when hot sauce freaks claim its not about the heat as much as the flavor. Great taste!

best tasting hot sauce out there. This is med heat, but has a wonderful NICE flavor. I put this on everything. For cooking or hotter dishes you will want to use a hotter Melinda’s sauce (XXX is great, Red Savina is hotter but not as nice tasting).

I love this. Whole Foods (owned by Amazon of course) stopped selling this for some reason, so I bought it from the parent company Amazon online. Same price I used to pay to get it in the store. I don’t know how this is a “win” for Amazon.

Melinda’s original habanero hot sauce has a great mix of flavor and heat. It is my favorite hot sauce. It tastes especially good on eggs, whether they are scrambled, cooked easy-over, or made as an omelet. If you want to add variety to your breakfast, try this hot sauce!
