The glass jar arrived in perfect condition and sealed. It was well wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged with care. I haven’t tasted it yet but the peppers look beautiful and delicious. I would order from this company again.

Dude this stuff goes so hard. I’ve never written a review on this site but I’m so impressed with this bottle of flavor that I have to.It goes well in SO MANY different cuisines – i’m so impressed. Here’s a few examples:- Spoonfull in my homemade pasta sauce – goes hard. Sometimes i make this the chief flavor of the pasta.- Put a spoon in with some greek yoghurt, cucumber, and diced pickles to make a pretty incredible shawarma sace- Throw a bit in with your salsa roja to up the acidity and heat- Mix it in with ketchup to have on a burger- Mix up with mayo for a sandwhich spread- spread on some grilled meats for a great punch- mix in to smoked eggplant for a spicy baba ganouche- I ran out of green chillis to have with my alu paronthe and had this. Worked surprisingly well lolThe only things I haven’t used it with are chinese and japanese dishes. I’m sure it’d work.

I finally got around to trying the Calabrian Chili product (crushed), and it more than justifies the buzz in foodie circles. This chili condiment is just wonderful! Yes, it adds a nice chili punch to anything you use it for, but the heat is more warm than hot and lends a definite umami taste when used. In addition to using TuttoCalabria chilis in cooking, I add it to sandwiches as a spread with mayo or mustard. I strongly recommend splurging on a two-pack because you’ll happily power through it, and one jar isn’t enough. Two very minor cautions: First, make sure you stir the jar before using. The olive oil that collects naturally on the surface is concentrated chili essence and hot and spicy. To really appreciate how good it is, stir before using. Second, if you are on a reduced sodium diet, be alert to the saltiness of the crushed chili condiment, and adjust the salt you otherwise add to your dish. But please do not hesitate to use this wonderful product from Calabria.

One of my favorite products on the planet that has ever been produced. Adds such a depth of flavor into your pasta/gravy/sauce, mixed with mayo to make a great sandwich spread with a slight kick, mixed into tuna or chicken salad, mixed in with scrambled eggs and so much more. A real delight and delicioso!

They smell so nice and innocent, but look out! Awesome addition to crab or shrimp fra diavolo. I also add it to softened cream cheese for bagels, or mix it with ricotta to give a basic alfredo some kick. Great, authentic product!PS. I came back to do an edit, because I noticed some people mentioning that they are entirely too hot. Calabrian chili is supposed to work in tandem with other flavors. If they are too spicy for you, try incorporating them into a dairy-based gravy, such as Alfredo. You can also soak them in a bit of lemon or lime juice. Dairy or citrus will definitely help cut the heat down to your tolerance level, just like sugar cuts the acidity level in tomatoes. Enjoy!
