Crystal is not particularly hot (disclaimer: I like scorpion pepper sauce) but it adds a unique and great flavoring to chicken or cheese soups, eggs, sausage, bacon, pizza, whatever. Thumbs up.

I love Crystal Louisiana hot sauce. Very few places to get it. In the time of Covid-19, didn’t want to go in the one place I knew I could get it.Then, bingo, I discover Amazon carries it. So happy to get it deiivered to my door.This is a good size for anyone but me. I drown everything in Crystal, so I need the big size.
