This is a great replacement for Red Hot for chicken wings. Most low sodium hot sauces are just heat with no flavor – this has great flavor and isn’t so hot that your tongue is on fire!

Having to be on a low sodium diet I’ve been sirching for a tobacco like sauce that is low in sodium but still has flavor . Thanks to this product I finally found it. The one thing I would say negative is that it’s way to pricey and I do wish it had a little more spice to it but overall I’m extremely happy with this product.

no calories, no sodium, what’s not to love! I initially ordered 1 bottle but upon tasting and using it, I ordered 3 more. It is a hot sauce with no calories and no sodium. The first bottle arrived quickly and on time. I am still waiting for three more. If you can get it, buy it, if you are watching your sodium intake especially. I love Dave’s products , but especially the Dave’s ginger citrus hot sauce and this cool cayenne!!!

I absolutely love vinegary hot sauces. Frank’s is great, but I get concerned about how much sodium is in it. Dave’s Cool Cayenne (105mg sodium per tsp) has 55% the sodium of Frank’s (190mg sodium per tsp) and has that acidic and spicy kick I need on my food. I wish it came in bigger bottles than 5oz.If you’re looking for another great hot sauce that still packs a great flavor kick, Dave’s Crazy Caribbean has even lower sodium than Cool Cayenne, has more garlicky, and plenty of that vinegary taste.

This is a pretty good hot sauce! I was looking for something to replace Franks Red Hot with (due to the outrageous amount of sodium in Franks and my declining health) and this does the trick! I can def. taste the lack of sodium in it but otherwise it is just what I was looking for. It has some heat and flavour and I can pour it on everything! The only downside is the small bottle. I went through it pretty quickly. I’ll def. buy it again though.

Until now…There are numerous low-sodium options within the “Insanity” product line, but most of them are sauces that are so hot, you’re told to use them one drop at a time. Me, I’m looking for a good hot sauce I can douse my scrambled eggs with – in more than one-drop portions.With “cool” in the name, and “warm” as its heat rating, this sauce would be easy to overlook. But you need to consider the source: what is “warm” to the folks who make “Insanity” sauces is actually plenty hot for most of us mere mortals. This sauce packs plenty of heat – and I’m a guy who sprinkles smoked bhut jolokia pepper flakes on many of my meals – but it’s not just about heat; it’s about *flavor*. This sauce has plenty of flavor, and you won’t miss the salt at all.I’m so relieved! I’ve found a lot of good salt-free spices to cook with (check out the Frontier line of organic no-salt seasonings), but I was having a terrible time trying to find an everyday hot sauce that was low in sodium. So three cheers for Dave, for providing a heart-friendly sauce with plenty of flavor. But don’t pass this by based on its low sodium content – this is an excellent and versatile hot sauce that anybody who likes some heat will enjoy. Check it out, and feel the burn!
