A friend of mine suggested I try this sauce and I’m SO happy he did! I’m a part time chef originally from South Texas (where we ate hot sauce before it was so popular) and have tried literally hundreds of Hot Sauces from around the world – from all over Latin America to India, Turkey, East Asia, and many many many from the U.S. and I must say, this sauce is special. Each one of the three has it’s own distinct flavor and hotness (I love the hotter ones, but the original is probably my favorite – has a great kick as well). The bottles are at once cute and cool and deliver just the right amount of sauce to pep up soups, veggies, BBQ meats, and pretty much anything that can use some heat and extra flavor. If you like more heat, the ghost and scorpion chili based sauces are awesome, hot but not so hot that it’s a novelty item – like too many sauces on the market today. Each bottle has it’s own distinctive flavor, and like I said, it’s not just about the heat, it’s about the flavor and how well that flavor compliments and enhances what you are cooking.I’ll be buying a bunch of these sets to send out to my friends. So hard to choose gifts for Christmas, but this is a no-brainer

WOW! Love this stuff! We have a family recipe for a marinade, and we always look to spice it up for our shrimp and beef to use on our bbq. We used the torches for the seafood. It ‘s not to salty or sweet, and you can taste the clean flavors of the peppers. The heat is not over the top.The Ghost we used for the beef marinade, and we love it for our street tacos. Great by itself. I will always use this to spice up my marinades it adds the right amount of heat and you don’t loose the flavor. I was blown away with the amount of flavor each hot sauce had! Each sauce has it’s own unique flavor, as well as, a mild, medium, and hot option of the three. I fried some chicken tonight and added the Topanga Ghost Hot Sauce on it and was glad I did. My wife and I enjoyed the heat and the flavor. We’ll be back for more!

This is one of those products that you order for someone else and end up keeping it yourself. We have ordered this in the past and have always been pleased with the product. In fact, we were recently at a party where our host had received this from us as a gift and the host, and their guests, shared how they enjoyed the sauce because, unlike other sauces that focus on the heat, this sauce has a great balance of heat and taste. We love it in our homemade salsa and guacamole. We have used in our clam chowder instead of pepper and with our minestrone soup to give it some pop.The new design of the bottles is delightful and strikingly different than other sauces. The flat, almost flask-like, shape differentiates the physical appeal of the sauce. I travel extensively and eat out a lot. I get to see, and use, a lot of different sauces in my journeys. I have never seen a bottle, or in this case three of them, that make you do a double take. Elegant is a large word for a hot sauce – but this presentation earns that description. And the label cleverly displays one, two, and three chilis to give the user some warning of the temperature treat they are about to sample.The order process was simple. Amazon makes it super easy. I ordered the sauces on 11/29, a Wednesday, and they were in my mailbox at home by the time I got home from work on Friday 12/1. That is impressive. The packaging for the sauces was professionally and tastefully done and even though this is for our personal consumption, it is packaged ready to be wrapped and given as a gift.In a world where it is increasingly difficult to find a new and different gift, especially for those that seemingly “have everything”, this is a super gift that people remember and talk about. If you are a hot sauce fan, not only you’re going to LOVE this package, but also you’re going to carry a bottle around in your purse just in case if you end up in a restaurant or even a fast food place to grab a bite. I’ve tried many different hot sauces but none tasted like these. It is amazing how flavorful they are while being convincingly hot!My personal experience; I’d say that you feel the heat almost instantly, but then as it fades away, you begin to taste the flavor even more. Almost like it acts like a catalyst; once you start, you cannot stop! A unique feature that I only experienced with these sauces was the freshness of the ingredients. I never knew that you could feel or taste the freshness in a hot sauce.My personal favorite is the Ghost. I’ve tried these with seafood, schnitzel, and fried chicken and I’m already addicted! I can see myself using them on my scrambled egg in the morning!I would highly recommend giving these a shot. Definitely worth the price!
