So hot! If you love spicy heat, this is for you. Be careful, a little goes a long way. I’m very tolerant of spicy stuff, but a little bit of this is enough to set my mouth on fire. Love it!

I love this sauce for being able to add a lot of heat without needing to use a lot. While a lot of people hate hot sauces that are hot for the sake of being hot, I think they’re a great tool in your arsenal. Sometimes the dish you are preparing doesn’t need another vinegar/smoke/garlic element that would come with adding enough heat from another sauce. If you add a couple of drops of this then you can keep your other flavors locked-in.Note that this is an extract so you can also use it to enhance all your weaker hot sauces if you choose.Having had both, I would rank this one right near Da Bomb Ground Zero (4x spicier than the one on Hot Ones) so about 1,000,000 scoville. This is by taste and not scientific but suffice to say that you would be in an elite cabal of asbestos-mouthed freaks if you found this to be underpowered.

I love this stuff, and it is very hot. I never used to eat spicy food, but something flipped a few years ago and I started eating hotter and hotter foods. I now order my Thai native hot and ask for a bucket of Bird’s Eye Chilis on the side, and that’s just about right.After not being able to find a fantastic hot sauce, I happened to be at a Korean restaurant and I asked them to bring me a bucket of the hottest thing in the restaurant. They brought me about a quarter cup of this bright red hot sauce, which I poured completely on my Bulgogi. Afterwards I had them bring me the bottle, and it was this stuff.As anyone who has bought this stuff before can tell you, a drop goes a long way. A teaspoon is way beyond extraordinary hot, and a quarter cup is an emergency room visit. I was on fire. My eyes were streaming down tears, my face was beet red, my wife thought I was going to die. I absolutely loved it! It was blazing hot, and I knew I had found my sauce. This stuff is the real deal.

Been searching for this hot sauce ever since I’ve had it at a local KBBQ restaurant. I must say the spice level is super HOT..and what I mean by that is, if you think the hottest wing at buffalo wild wings is hot..this sauce isnt for you. I consume birds eye chilies with alot of the food I eat, given the fact that I’m Thai..and yes this does have a stronger kick than most hot sauces. But if you are a spice lover..this sauce is absolutely great! Some people noted to use 1 drop at a time..I used it as a dip..it definitely has a sweet taste at first..but the burn immediately comes right after and the consistency is thick like syrup (best way I could describ it). Definitely worth the money! I would recommend!

First had this at a really good Korean BBQ spot – the waiter warned me that their “extra spicy” hot sauce was too hot “even” for him. They gave me about a teaspoon in a little bowl, I almost laughed and poured the whole thing over my meal. I have a really high spice tolerance, well above most, and have a shelf in the fridge and a cabinet just for hot sauces… this stuff is HOT. It’s not just a plain heat sauce like a lot of super spicy sauces are though… it has an addicting flavor that is spicy and sweet. It pairs really well especially with asian flavors – Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, etc… It’s so good that I have sent it to a bunch of other friends and family as well, and whenever I look at the bottle, I crave asian food just so I have something to put it on. But seriously, it’s spicy. I would say even the typical hot sauce enthusiast is not going to be able to handle this…

I made the mistake of underestimating this sauce the first time and I added WAY too much on my wings, it was painful, my eyes were red and tears were pouring down my face as my mouth was burning, I could also feel the sauce in my stomach, suffice to say the next day wasn’t much fun, had an awful stomachache for much of the day and antacid and pepto bismol wasn’t helping. Anyway I learned my lesson, and I’m still using the sauce because it’s pretty good to heat things up if you’re mindful of the amount you’re adding.

Careful while smokey this stuff is designed to add heat to larger batches of things in small doses. A few drops less than a teaspoon (due to it being concentrate) will increase the heat immensely. This is what you want to get for a spicy smoky increase without the heat itself holding too much specific flavor. So, you wanna to make spicier chilly? BBQ sauce? etc; or enhance spicy Asian styled sauces. This is the stuff, or if your a madmen and want to enhance those Spicy Korean Noodles (Samyang) and send them over the hill well this is the Capsaicin pure heat and sweat causing liquid you want.
