It’s a really nice hot sauce, spicy and Smokey at the same time . A little thick perfect to coat fried chicken. Goes well with pork , beer and chicken. I have yet to try it on seafood but summer is coming .

This sauce was intriguing when seen on the YouTube show, Hot Ones. It had such a great flavor and goes great anywhere you would use BBQ sauce. It so hot but doesn’t hide any flavor of the food it complements.

I recently got into hot sauces after years of sleeping on them. Like many I started watching “Hot Ones” on Youtube. I was intrigued by this one, since it was a medium temperature that guests often remarked on the flavor. Having previously tried quite a few on the hotter end of the spectrum (700k Scovilles in a Hellfire hot sauce) I thought I would try Jekyll & Hyde.I must say, this is a fantastic hot sauce. It is indeed sweet on the front end, with a strong barbecue resemblance. That sweetness quickly gives way to the obvious realization that this actually is hot. Then the heat really shows itself, but then backs off to a consistently warm and pleasant heat. It’s a well-named hot sauce.If you are interested in a sweet barbecue style hot sauce, I really can’t recommend jekyll & hyde more highly.

Seriously one of the BEST tasting hot sauces I have ever tried!!! Taste delicious and packs quite a punch!!! I can stress the disappointment that comes with trying a new sauce that has zero flavor – only heat.
