We love Merfs. Ever since we found it at a little breakfast diner in Manitou Springs, CO, we’ve been smitten. The Jamberry is especially good on sweeter breakfast food (pancakes, waffles, peanut butter toast), and love it on fish tacos. I use the Dancing Queen in my cashew queso sauce for a little kick – so good. The other two hot sauces were new to us – and so good!We make a variety of tacos in our home as well as whole grain bowls/salads – Merfs is always an addition we love! Such great flavor, high quality ingredients, and a Colorado company. We gifted our friends some Merfs a couple years back (who are obsessed with hot sauces and collect them every place they travel) …and they buy the big jugs now! They’re totally hooked.

This is probably the 4th time I’ve ordered Merfs Hot Sauce, but the first time I’ve been able to order on Amazon with free shipping. Merfs Electric Lime is a perfect Jalapeno lime sauce; nothing crazy or unfamiliar, just perfectly made. I go through a lot of sauces and have easily tried over a hundred. Merfs Electric Lime always has a spot. Biggest problem is it can be hard to find and is often out of stock.As a second best, I’d say I like Hand Grenade, but you might as well try more.

I like Merf’s hot sauces so much that I give them out as gifts. I’m absolutely hooked on them, in particular the Hand Gernade. Soooo good! My only knock is the heat levels are not very accurate. I’ve had flavors marked medium that were hotter than the hot ones. Every flavor I’ve tried has been amazing and I’m getting these delivered regularly.
