I discovered this hot sauce at Mi Mexico. It was the sauce they had on the table. I tried some, when I was bored, and almost out of chips. My first impression was apprehension, since the smooth chili flavor gave way to a warm smoky sensation, as it went down. I was bracing for it to snap into a throat fire.Nope.Robust chili flavor, followed by a warm smoky mouth hug. It was… pleasant. I had more. Then I poured some onto my hand, and had it straight. I glanced, eyes wide, across the table to the Mrs and said “damn. I just found my favorite hot sauce.”I have had Frank’s, Cholula, Tapatio, Sriracha, that vinegar Louisiana sauce – Valentina beats them all, with one hand tied down. It’s not vinegary, it’s fairly thick, and the versatile chili profile works for tacos, chips, eggs, Mac and cheese, nachos, and mixed into nacho cheese.If we ranked the hotness from Tabasco 1 to Ghost pepper 10, it would be a pleasant 3.5 or 4, but the profile is more appealing to more folks without the acid.Valentina is the best hot sauce I have ever had. While I say at the table, I ordered my first bottle.I used it up in 2 months. I kept it in my work lunch box.Then I bought a 2 pack. The first one is half gone. I have ever used this much hot sauce in my life.I’m not surprised though, since it’s from Jalisco, home of tequila – my favorite adult beverage.I cannot recommend this sauce as much as it deserves. Just try it once. You’ll love it. I promise.

I love this sauce as I use it almost daily and is delicious as well as a bit hot! I love that it doesn’t blow your head off and the flavor is great! Anyways, my grocier stopped stocking it a bit ago and I now can order it again thanks to y’all! Thanks again and I’ll see you again soon!

This is a great tasting hot sauce and was a decent price. It is in glass bottles and the seller wrapped the 2 bottles extremely well so that they didn’t break during shipping ( was shipped from CA to PA ) I appreciated the time and effort that the seller took to package my 2 bottles of hot sauce!
