I have a very high scoville tolerance, and tend to eat hotter sauces than these. I also adore hot sauces that really showcase the flavor of distinct peppers rather than just being capsaicin bombs, and that’s where I’d classify these.Ubah Hot sauces have become a delicious staple of weeknight dinners. Each of them is amazing in it’s own way on different foods. I can’t recommend them enough–these are SO. INCREDIBLY. DELICIOUS. They also last a shockingly long time for what appear at first glance to be smallish jars.I’m going to rebuy again and again–these have earned a permanent spot in my fridge.

I’m known as a guy that loves to cook and try new things ..and what a treat! I experimented with the trifecta pack (highly recommended), and Ubah Hot did not disappoint. I would not call it a hot sauce or salsa, it’s much more than that. It could certainly be used for either, but each version is more like a flavor bursting batch of pepper love.Don’t be afraid of the habanero hot, wasn’t overly heated but actually well balanced to appreciate the flavors of such an intense pepper. The medium heat serrano went well with my home made carnitas and was a definite crowd pleaser. I have yet to try the milder fresno version, but plan on using as a marinade for simmered chicken or grilled steak, so many options. Regardless, Ubah Hot makes a great intro to the versatility and deliciousness of African inspired flavors, can’t wait to experiment some more. Also, packaging was beautifully done! This makes the perfect gift for any chef -or anyone that can appreciate some great flavors with the right touch of -Hot!

We received this collection of sauces as a gift and have been using them to make super simple fajitas. I just add a healthy dose of the sauce to sliced chicken breasts and bake. The flavor is unbelievable! My only complaint is that you can’t order them separately. Our favorite is Ruby, and if I could, I’d have at least 3 jars on hand at any given time. A must try!

The flavors are true /bold . Enhance salads( green jar ) mix in w mac & cheese ( red jar ), Topping for broiled fish ( green jar ) . A plus added to deviled eggs skip the relish add a bit from the green jar .Yes, the green herbs a fav. Will order again & a great gift for that special cook.
