Ricante’s mission is to provide a product that is enjoyed by all while reducing waste when delivering our products. We achieve this by creating awareness of consumption and advise all that love Ricante to reuse our hot sauce bottles and be good to our environment. Our hot sauce is delivered to the marketplace consciously and with a whole bunch of Radicalness!

The message of CRMMH is to bring awareness to the dire over-consumption of plastics in Costa Rica and around the world. We are using plastic waste to create cinder blocks that are then used to build houses for people experiencing homelessness.

OUR STORY
Ricante Hot Sauce is a family owned and operated business based out of Avellanos, Costa Rica
Born is a small residential kitchen in Avellanos, Costa Rica. Sunday football was here and chips & salsa were on the menu. With limited hot sauce options in Costa Rica, Ricky Ricante decided to use the chilies in his backyard along with tropical fruits from his kitchen to make a Sunday surprise for his friends.
From that day on Ricante’s OG Mango Caliente took off. Friends began to request bottles weekly, local restaurants took notice and began to place orders.

I have bought Ricante Hot Sauces multiple times. I absolutely love the Pina Dulce. Not too spicy where you can’t really taste the food. I had to start keeping them in my room so the rest of the family doesn’t bogart them. Thanx Royce. Pura Vida!!!

Definitely not your average North American hot sauce but it’s not ment to be it’s from Central America it’s definitely worth a try

This stuff is the bomb diggity. We had it when we were visiting Costa Rica a couple of years back. We brought some home and plowed through it. Each flavor has its own unique taste that you just can’t get anywhere else. We just discovered we can get it online and won’t run out again. Also….the Chiptotle version of this sauce doesn’t come in this 3-pack, but I’d highly suggest you try it. It’s the best of them all!
