It isn’t what you normally get as sriracha. It’s good, just different. Its sweet and full of tomato flavor with some noticeable vinegar. If you looking for a sriracha like that from Hun Fong, this isn’t a direct substitute. This isn’t as spicy. I’m enjoying it on sandwiches and eggs.
