I have always been able to get this Hot Sauce in the Cayman Islands. But due to the Pandemic, I ran out from my supply here at home. Yes, I missed it so much that I resorted to buy it at just over 5$ a bottle. In Cayman I could always get it at just over a 1$ a bottle. Soon we will be in Cayman again … till then, I am on my second of three bottles … better ration.🤦♀️

After reading the reviews I didn’t know if I had made the right purchase. I received my order today and I wanted just to taste it to see if I would like it because everyone’s tastebuds are totally different. I shook the bottle really well and dropped a little on my index finger. When it touched my tongue my head went back. I was not expecting how hot this sauce is. It has a sweet smell and a lot of kick to it. I recommend anyone to just try it for themselves and make your own decision based on your tastebuds. If you like hotness with a kick Walkerswood Hot Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce is the one to purchase.

My husband was looking for a substitute hot sauce for the Caribbean Scotch Bonnet from Pepper Palace since we no longer live close to one (and didn’t want to pay and arm & a leg for their shipping cost). He really likes this one and uses it on everything. It’s goes well with a lot of different types of food without overpowering the flavor of the food.

I love this walkers wood sauce! I was a little disappointed when my package arrived because there was pepper sauce all over the box! One of the bottles had broken at some point during the shipping process I am guessing. Contacted Amazon and they are fixing the issue. But overall this sauce is AWESOME!

Scotch bonnet peppers are the best tasting of the really hot peppers, but just including them in your recipe is not enough. It has to be balanced with other ingredients to take the edge off. As much as I should not make comparisons, Uncle Billies Voodoo Jerk Slather probably did it best by adding carrots. Unfortunately the product is no longer available, but this is certainly a close second.
