This sauce exceeded my expectations! I am always looking for tomato-free condiments (because I am allergic), so I’m adding this to my permanent rotation. A little pricey, perhaps, considering the rate at which I will likely be using it. May try to find it locally.

Came sealed and tasting just like I had in Florida, though I had it shipped in the winter. I haven’t found this anywhere locally, so I had to resort to ordering it online. When taking shipping into consideration, this was the least expensive option I could find.

I had this at Morimoto’s ramen shop in NY. And wow, it was sweet, complex, a little spicy, but not like the overpowering regular siracha we all eat. So I ordered it here thinking, it’s affordable and wow I can’t wait to have it.Now as we’re all spoiled Prime customers, we expect everything in two days. Well, this kind of went into the abyss. I was surprised that it said delivery would be in about 3-4 weeks. Anyway, I forgot about it and I receive this package with custom slips from Thailand and I’m thinking, it can’t be this siracha. I had assumed it’s the same siracha from LA. Anyway, inside was a beautiful note stating they’re a family business, a small farm, and to help support them and they thanked me for my purchase. My one little bottle purchase! All I can say is, everyone support this family!The product is amazing. And I loved the little note. I’m going to be buying more and now that I know how long it takes and that it ships from there, my next order will probably be a 6 pack or something. But awesome product.

I tried this product with an open mind, because I had tried the Huy Fong Sriracha before, and seeing this product with Huy Fong to compare it to internally, I had to try it. I didn’t know yellow sriracha existed until I bought it here, and I almost feel cheated on some level for the amount of time I spent having the American stuff and nothing more, which tastes way different, and in my opinion is also inferior to this Thai product.I love putting it on eggs because it’s an amazing combination and it also looks a lot like an egg yolk side-by-side.I have had a few of my friends try it with their food and they love it and ended up buying some themselves. It always gets this funny reaction when I bring it up, they always give me that confused dog kind of a look when I say “yellow sriracha” to them. It might be a little more expensive, but it goes a long way, and it tastes amazing.The best way I can describe it in the context of an American palate, is like a spicy honey mustard, which is funny because it contains neither of those ingredients, but I think it’s just the flavors of the peppers they use and the coconut sugar, because it’s a very simple product with a short ingredient list that a 5 year old could read from and remember.Honestly the sauce was more mild than I expected, probably more mild than the Red Jalapeños used in Huy Fong sriracha, but even if it’s not that spicy, Three Mountains yellow sriracha is just an unforgettable flavor that will hook you.

This Three Mountain yellow Sriracha is an excellent alternate to Srirachas like Huy Fong, which I dearly love. This yellow sauce is made with a different kind of pepper (Thai Burapa chilies) which start out slightly sweet with garlic overtones, but then sneaks in the heat with a lingering spiciness on the back end. While Huy Fong says, “Hey! I’m hot and spicy!” right off the bat, the Three Mountains will lure you in with mild spiciness and deliver a nice punch of heat that’ll wake up your taste buds! Highly recommend it!

I really like this yellow one. Though a huge Sriracha fan I find I use this one even more than the original, every thing from eggs to burritos to sandwiches and wings. I’m addicted!
