    Kinda whack

  2. Carla Clark

All the smoky ghost pepper flavor, and just enough heat to make me sweat while I watch my friends regret their life decisions after trying them. Tastes great with ghost pepper salsa too. I may have once combined the two while drinking with friends who were “good with spicy” who weren’t able to even come close to keeping up.My local stores don’t always have them in stock and I don’t feel like searching all over town, paying the convenience tax for buying online is, to me, worth it for how tasty these are.

I have eaten a lot if spicy food in my life, and because of that i have to give these chips a good review. Are they the hottest things I’ve ever eaten? no. Are they hot at all? yes. Like other reviewers here I wouldn’t suggest that these chips be fed to normies because they are pretty hot. A lot of mass-market foods with ghost pepper as an ingredient aren’t hot at all, and that may lead to someone underestimating these chips. like I said, they are not for normies. As far as the chips go… they are very thin. Thin tortilla chips are not my preference, but eh whatever. The trademark superhot bitterness is there in multitudes; these chips do not taste nice. They don’t taste bad at all, but they have a flavor profile you need to get used to. My main grievance with these is the salt. OMG are they salty, even for tortilla chips. Like… I get it, you put salt on them to enhance flavor, etc. but holy cow the saliferousness of these chips is highly unpleasant. seriously, I needed to drink like a liter of water after eating one bag, and it wasn’t due to the heat. an hour later and I am still dry. When you have superhots it is easy to over compensate with other things like spices or salt. I don’t blame them for that, but they are really salty. And I love salted snacks. My critique would be incomplete without a message to the company: Please tone down the salt on these a bit. let the flavor of the chips and the ghost pepper do the work. You could also add a bit of sugar to counteract the bitterness of the pepper, but not so much as to make it taste sweet…, sort of like one does with a marinara sauce.anyway, tl;dr: the chips are good and they are very hot. but they are also super salty, which knocks them down a notch.8/10, will finish the box. would purchase again.

Wow! Let me start with Thank you to whoever was Bold enough to invent this brand and these chips! All Natural Real Ingredients!? Right off the bat that’s incredible as most chips (especially hot ones) have more chemicals then under your kitchen sink. Second they’re actually amazing!! I like hot stuff, and so does my teenage son, we love these ghost pepper chips and get a real kick out of the heat! But the best part is they’re actually Really good too! I’ve found with hot sauces over the years, some have tons of fire but no flavor, others balance both, that’s what these chips are like! The heat will have you sweating, but the flavor is so tasty you come back for more! I love them! My wife and daughter like the concept of real food too and enjoy the other Paquis that are mostly spicy, but not on this level. I love the concept, the flavor, the packaging. I’m all in 10 out of 10!

The taste is very neutral but smoky enough to tell you’re going into something really hot. It starts out really tame but by the third or fourth chip the spice really starts to kick in; not recommended if you aren’t used to spicy food, but definitely a fun and tasty treat for those of us who enjoy a small bit of suffering.I’d say in terms of price it’s perfect, but due to local tax and shipping situations I ended up paying almost double the amount, which might make it a bit harder for me to consider buying a second time.

Had a shipping issue, seller took care of very fast. Highly recommend. Very good product.

  7. Auttie

These chips are sure to put you in the time space continuum of WTF if you aren’t used to heat! You might even shed some tears… both for how GOOD these are and how numb your mouth goes.Either way, if you like heat (and our house lives on it), these chips are for you! We used to get a bag almost daily from our local gas station while they carried them, but when they stopped well, of course we turned to Amazon. The only “con” is the price. Definitely a bit pricey for some chips, but I mean they’re kinda special so we (as people) tend to shell out a little extra for the things we really like.

Holy crap this was so spicy! The spice is very intense so before you eat this, make sure you have a bottle of cold water next to you. If you are one of those people who are like “ehh I don’t know if I should buy it”, DONT. Like I said the spice is so strong. I saw my 10 year old son eat a few chips and I decided to try one. I really regret trying one though because it actually kind of hurt my throat. My son claims he is getting very bad stomach aches though. I think it’s because the spice is too overpowering for him (he seems to enjoy it though. The chips not the stomach aches). Seriously only eat this if you can handle great amounts of spice. If you can’t handle too much spice your probably gonna suffer from eating this. Remember, I warned you!

  9. Cory

I like these chips and like the portion size.

  10. Jeanette

You may get blasted in the face upon the first time eating just one, but trust me you will get addicted to the spice! Soon enough you’re on your last bag.
