If you looking for kick, but not in the family pride, this is it. Great flavor, not over bearing or too vinegary. Small bottle but you don’t need much.

I buy this sauce all the time and absolutely love the flavor. It has a kick but nothing ridiculous. I put it in everything, chili, tacos, homemade bbq sauce..the flavor is on point.

After Death was the very first hot sauce by Blair that I ever bought. I’ve purchased their hottest sauce (including their pure capsaicin extract bottle but never used that). This one is the perfect blend of heat and flavor for me, I absolutely love its flavor and its got a good bit of kick to keep things interesting.

I will never not have this sause in my home. Blair’s makes an entire collection of sauces and this one is the best… Any hotter and you start sacrificing flavor, any milder and it’s boring. Even though there are hotter sauces in the collection, this one is very (very) hot and still has amazing flavor.

Well first off when I got this stuff in the mail I was so ecstatic. My first true seriously hot hot sauce. I took it and dabbed a toothpick in it and it was an instant light. I figured I’d try half a teaspoon cause it didn’t seem THAT bad….also…not that bad but in retrospect I only kept it on my tongue for a second. Though this is wear it killed me. Or nearly killed me anyway. I pour about the equivalent of a spoon full in a cup of pasta for lunch. Just plain pasta. I mix it in so its all over and after my first few bites I start keeling over with my mouth in pain. I couldn’t breathe without it burning and most my face was tingling. I loved it though. Good stuff I think to start off with. Amazing product. As I speak though my stomach is killing me and I’m scared of whats yet to come when nature calls but either way, I love this already. Its amazing. Will def be using this IN MODERATION, on other things and use a little less next time as well.

I’ve been watching “First We Feast, hot ones” on Youtube and have been craving hot sauces. I don’t know if this one has ever been on their show, but I do know they have a hotter one and milder one on there. The first time I opened the bottle I put it on chicken wings and did not like the flavor and it was too hot to be worth using under normal conditions, I thought. Then my wife made a breakfast pizza with biscuits for the crust and eggs, sausage, and cheese toppings. I put this on there and was crying tears of joy and pain. It was euphoric. I have also used it to hop up red beans and rice with nice results. Will have to try the chicken wings again, probably just used way too much.
