I enjoy the flavor, very savory, reminds me of a less salty teriyaki sauce, definitely has Japanese flavor to it.It is a little pricey, but goes well on meat or veggies, so the versatility adds to its usefulness and value. I would recommend this sauce, and I will be using it often!

Got this to give it a try after coming across on one of the smoking groups I’m in. First off, I am an avid smoker/griller/griddle cooker and have tried many, many, many sauces, spices and rubs. Most are decent, some are okay, some go straight to the trash. This one, though, warranted an order for more within the first 2 weeks! Upon trying this, my brother immediately went to Bachan’s website and ordered a dozen bottles.It is fantastic on wings, pork, rice. It does have a base flavor of soy, but the ginger and other flavors gives it a sweet tang and the spicy version adds a nice kick at the end. The yuzu is amazing as a sushi dipping sauce as well. Can’t go wrong with this family recipe sauce. Enjoy!!!
