Pepper-forward, not too fruity or sweet. The best parts of the smoky mango flavors compliment the peppers well. Solid medium heat; won’t hurt in small amounts but can definitely light you up if you add a lot. Love it on many different things, as it’s pretty versatile and doesn’t dominate the dish despite being a “fruity” hot sauce.
