I went to New Orleans for the first time earlier this year for a wedding. I tried this hot sauce on some fried fish, and fell in love with it. I was so sad to see there isn’t any Crystal sold near me in Utah, so I’m so happy that I got this in the mail! It gives a Tabasco taste but with an essence of apple juice. (Honestly better than Tabasco imo and I love Tabasco) I’m so excited to give my mom a bottle of it as well!

We are hot sauce connoisseurs in our house, but you just can’t beat a simple sauce like Crystal for cajun foods, eggs, oysters, etc etc etc! We first discovered Crystal in one of our fave local oyster/n’awlins restaurants, and just had to get some for the house. I’d say the heat is maybe a 4 or 5 out of 10? Def a good sauce if you’re just getting on the hot sauce train or are a little wimpy about spice! Great price for this 2 pack as well. Well packaged and shipped promptly.
