I bought this a pack several months ago and holy moly were the noodles amazing. They weren’t as spicy as I anticipated because I saw people (not literally) dying from it but when I ate it, I coughed but I didn’t suffer to be honest. Yes, there are hot but not to the point where you feel the heat completely (to me at least). And my lips and mouth felt a bit hot but that was it. I would probably buy this again.

I’m pretty much in a weird place when it comes to spice these days. One chip challenge isn’t much of a challenge (yes it is still very hot but easy to do).These bring a nice comforting heat that I’m sure for more average people is a bit much. The sauce is really good, it’s a bit sweet with smokiness and the deep ghost pepper flavor. It’s much better than any other off-the-shelf spicy ramen. Add some fresh green onions, and a bit of pork and perhaps a fried egg, you have yourself a pretty surprisingly good meal.At $3 a pop, its a bit spendy for this kind of ramen but I think you’re paying for the novelty despite this being something I’d be prone to eating regularly.

These noodles are not just heat, they taste good too. the heat does build and overpower the chicken flavor, but when the heat fades the chicken taste is still there. I like ‘em. I’ve had other ramen with similar heat and lacked in the taste department. Even though these are a little pricey I’m happy with the purchase.

Saw some reviews complaining about the taste but honestly this is easily one of the best spicy ramen noodles I’ve had. Its the perfect level of spice and flavor and is perfect for people like me whose sinuses don’t agree with it getting colder.
