I’m a big fan of spicy stuff as long as it tastes good and isn’t just some science experiment to see just how hot something can get. This stuff tastes great. It’s a nice sweet peach sauce heated by concentrated ginger flavor. I use it most by pouring a bunch of it over any old vanilla ice cream! I usually add a blast of ghost pepper sauce to increase the kick to offset the cooling effect of the ice cream. But it’s great by itself over the ice cream.Makes a nice chicken glaze too.

Out of this world! This hot sauce doesn’t really on heat to make it memorable. It’s got layers of flavor that create a sweet heat. I can’t get enough of it on my tacos, both fish & chicken. It’s mild enough for the cautious but bold enough for the adventurous flavor lover. Your food will feel naked without it!
