   Especially the green version. I use it constantly. It brings the heat but with a ton a flavor. I have sampled well over 200 hot sauces over the years and I would put this right up there with the best (at least to me). A lot of the hotter sauces (habanero, ghost and scorpion peppers deliver the heat but with little to no flavor or a flavor that is off putting. I have given several bottles away and have received rave reviews and thank yous for turning them on to this brand. I will say while the red is good but the green is absolutely fabulous and the reason for my review.For those who want less heat their green jalapeno version is just as great. It still has a bite but not too much yet has all the flavor. Can’t go wrong with either.I really only review a product if it a 5 star and I love it. Like many of you, my mother taught me if I don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all.

   I’m not a heat for heat’s sake fan. But this stuff (especially the red) is so tasty I slather on my corn flakes every morning! Wellll… on my Mexican food.

   Grocery store salsas are NEVER spicy enough for me. I use this alone (cautiously), or mixed into other hot sauces and salsas to give them some kick. Beware that they are NOT packaged well, and I received one bottle with a brocken cap. The safety wrapper was intact, so I used it with no problem.
