If you like spicy food, try this sauce! I make habanero shrimp with it. Take peeled and deveined gulf shrimp and sautee them gently in butter. Add a tablespoon or two of this sauce to the skillet. Way less if you are not a hot mouth. I made this Christmas Eve and it was devoured.

If you want to make a food spicy, but don’t want to change the flavor much, El Yucateco habanero green sauce is the best! A little goes a long way, so add slowly. Our favorite hot sauce, day in and out. Love it on burgers, pizza, and omelettes, and in soups.

I love this sauce. It has a kick that sneaks up on you, but also has tons of flavor. It’s not one of those sauces that just burn and taste like a chemical. Very flavorful.

Honestly, this stuff is just the best. I saw someone from Bon Appetit mention this green Yucateco hot sauce, and how she puts it on everything, so I had to track it down and try it (of course I was able to find it on Amazon). Like other hot sauces, a little goes a long way, but this stuff is mighty tasty. Definitely has some heat (not like Carolina Reapers, or anything like that) but it’s also got a nice tangy flavor. Highly recommended.

El Yucateco hot sauce is hard to find in grocery stores in their international foods aisle. Even the high end grocery stores that sell $6 apples don’t have it. I found it here on Amazon for a great price. This stuff adds heat so you’ll only need to use a few drops depending on how hot you like it.
