Our team is a collection of family and high school friends in the suburbs of Seattle Washington, who came together and bonded over the lack of flavorful spice options. Our titles don’t define us so much as our love and passion for creating the best hot sauce on earth. When we set out to create something we loved, we realized our friends, family, and community was craving the same thing. Fix Hot Sauce was born.

I have a bit of a collection going with hot sauces, so I was delighted to add this set of 4 to my mix! The Fix Hoisin Hot Sauce that is a bit on the sweet side, which works really well with pork. The Fix Habanero Ginger Sriracha sauce is perfect on chicken wings with an Asian twist. Be careful, it is REALLY spicy! A little goes a long way, so make sure you pair it with something to offset the hotness (cheese, a glass of milk, yogurt, or ice cream). The Fix Lemongrass Sriracha is good on chicken and veggies – it has a sweetness that goes along with the spice of the green chili peppers. The Fix Signature Sriracha works as an all-purpose hot sauce on a variety of dishes. I chose this to spice up my homemade ramen with chicken, scrambled egg, and seaweed. It was savory, hot, and delicious! This is a great gift set for the hot-sauce-obsessed person in your life!

This Fix How Sauce Variety Pack arrived with the 4 plastic bottles loosely shrink-wrapped together and I wasn’t initially impressed. But after trying them, everyone in my household was very pleased! Bonus that they’re all made from all-natural, simple ingredients and no artificial junk.The plastic bottles with flip-top lids are easy to open and squeeze to dispense the spicy goodness within. The “Signature” sauce is our favorite – it has a great flavor and just the right amount of heat. The “Habanero Ginger” sauce is HOT – hotter than the one that’s literally called “Hot”. The “Lemongrass” was our least favorite of the bunch. But overall it’s a really fun variety of hot sauces!

FYI these are less like traditional hot sauces and more like alternative takes on Sriracha and Hoisin sauce. When viewed in this regard I think they are great alternatives. Their ingredients are much cleaner and simpler than most options available. Even better, they contain less sugar, sodium, and fat than many other sauces and they’re vegan on top of all of that!Flavor-wise this collection has a nice variety of tastes and offers a good selection of heat ranges. Being a hot food lover, my favorite was the habanero sauce as it has a really nice heat to it. The Hoisin sauce is my next favorite. It’s a great alternative to the overly sweet Hoisin sauce you normally find in stores and the little touch of heat it brings with it is great. The final two sauces are more traditional Srirachas and are flavorful too.Overall I think these sauces are still a bit sweet for my tastes but this is normal of many of the Sriracha sauces I’ve tried. If you are looking for a Sriracha or Hoisin style sauce that has a touch of heat and a scoop of sweet, I think you can’t go wrong here.

I was pleasantly surprised when these showed up on my doorstep! I immediately opened the “plain” one and tasted it by itself, and it was very wonderful! Great flavor, and actually, not screamingly or alarmingly hot! A very sensible hot sauce, if this is such a way to describe it! I looked up recipes on the the maker’s “FIX” homepage, and found the one pictured for Garlic Sriracha Shrimp. Instructions were easy, and this dish turned out pretty good too, if I don’t say so for myself! It was spicy, but not killer… if anything the amount of garlic and onion the recipe called for put it more over the top than the hot sauce did! The flavor was hot enough, but the sting was easy to acclimate to and went away really quickly. The end result taste was well worth it! I look forward to trying the different flavors that are included in this four pack!

One thing that me and some of my family and friends enjoy are hot sauces. Some of us are a bit more tolerant of hotter sauces than others but we all like to try new sauces out when we can. So, when I saw these 4 packs of hot sauces from Fix Hot Sauce which includes Hoisin as well as 3 Sriracha sauces, I knew I had to get this and try it with my family and friends. We cooked out this past Labor Day weekend and had a change to try these sauces on different foods that I made including pizza, corn on the cob, hamburgers and hot dogs. I even used a tiny bit of the hoisin to give my baked beans a kick. I wish we had taken some pictures of us using these sauces but the food and the sauces were so good all the food was gone before we knew it lol. But I can tell you we all really liked and enjoyed all 4 sauces and found that when used on things like corn on the cob (I went with the Signature Sriracha on mine) it really improved the flavor. The Hoisin and all 3 Sriracha sauces tasted pretty good on the pizzas that I made in my outdoor pizza oven. I like how tasty these are and how hot they are though not burn your face off hot which is how most of us prefer out hot sauces. And I really like that the next day I didn’t have any digestion issues like I have had with other hot sauces. Definitely a really delicious and great variety of hot sauces from Fixed Hot Sauce that me and my family and friends highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars for all 4 sauces.

Fix hot sauces are delicious but beware, they are spicy! I would say they are over medium spicy, but the ginger habanero may be even spicier. That’s OK for me because I love the heat. I was happy to come across these hot sauces. I am plant-based, and cheeseless pizza can be bland. When I saw that these were suggested to top pizza, I was eager to try them. The ingredients are authentic, vegan, and all are easily recognizable as food. Every flavor is excellent; seriously, as soon as I pick a flavor that’s my favorite, I change my mind. You’ll want to try all four (Sriracha, Hoison, Ginger Habenero, and Lemongrass). Forget pizza; I could eat this out of the bottle. I will add some to everything (avocado toast, dips, sandwiches, etc.).

These sauces took me by surprise! I am in awe of how they got all the flavor into each of these sauces (you’ll get what I mean once you get to the ingredients list/back label part of my review)!!So here’s my flavor journey with them this far and how I came to the conclusion that these are bomb AF:SO to start, I tried the one labeled ‘Hot’ (keep in mind I love spicy things) and was disappointed by the level of heat in it. I was like ugh dang I was looking forward to finding a new brand to have as my main, but I put it in the fridge and went about my day.The next day I saw the Ginger Habanero sauce and was like Psh okay bet it’s not hot either. But THEN I read the ingredients on the back of this one and habanero peppers are the FIRST ingredient. I just straight up squeezed some in my mouth and HOLLYYY SHEEEEETT. This stuff is SPICY!! Like spicier than some big name brands of habanero hot sauce. Like, so good. Also the flavors are on point. Super super spicy.After that I ended up reading the labels on all of them just to see the order of ingredients on each to see what I was getting into before tasting each (might seem obvious to some people but whatever lol)And that’s when things got even more interesting and I was, like I said, (pleasanttly) surprised.PROS:+ Short, readable ingredients list/label+ NON-GMO+ Certified Vegan+ LOW CALORIE: Calorie content is precise ranging from 3.1 calories to 6 calories per tbsp+ LOW SODIUM: Sodium ranges from 30mg (1%) to 127mg (5.3%)+ GLUTEN FREEThis took me a second to notice but 3 of the 4 sauces say Sriracha and one says Hoisin. The 1 Hoisin amhss NO ADDED SUGAR!! And 3 Sriracha use real cane sugar.The bottles have no BPA in them and the ingredients claim to be all natural.I was going to say that these are not like “hot sauces” in the typical sense I would think of them, like Tabasco and Melindas and whatever are more watery or less viscous I don’t know how to explain it. But these are more rich, like sauce sauces no hot sauces. They’re like spicy flavored sauces. That’s why I was like “Doh!” When I noticed the labels had Sriracha and Hoisin on them lol because that’s EXACTLY what they are like.Savory, spicy/hot sauces that could actually flavor a dish, not necessarily compliment one or simply add heat.Anyways all around these are ON POINT! Had I paid more attention to the form or kind of hot sauce these were, my expectations would have been different but now that I’m up to speed (derp) I can confidently say these are exactly what they claim to be and my satisfaction level is off the charts.From the ingredients to how these are stored to the flavors and nutritional content/labels I am impressed. They pack A LOT of spice and flavor into each of these little bottles and with that low sodium and sugar content it’s legit mind-blowing!My only super small gripes would be that depending on what you use these for, the 10oz may not be large enough if you were to make this a staple in your meals or cooking at home. You’d have to order 2 or 3 of these to equal the same as a large bottle of name brand Sriracha. Then the inner seal is really hard to take off and the bottles themselves aren’t super aesthetic. But those are all petty and would not in the slightest keep me from purchasing.Whew sorry this got long!I would 10 out of 10 recommend both the what seems to be the brand due to their values and the sauces!! This is a nice assortment of hot sauces. With these four, you can add “heat” to most any style of cuisine. I was impressed at how thick the sauces are- almost too thick to go through the small hole in the cap! I do like the dispenser because you can precisely control just how much sauce you want- which is important on something so hot! They would make a nice gift basket inclusion for any lover of spicy foods. On the spendy side, but a little goes a long way. Refrigerate after opening.
