I grew up going to Taylor’s Groceries and had the pleasure of knowing Buddy Taylor my entire life. I have never had a hot sauce that stood up anywhere close to Gator Hammock. It’s such a unique flavor that brings in the heat without sacrificing flavor. It’s simply the best

My brother introduced this little hidden wonder of a sauce to me. Had to order immediately. One hand was ordering on Amazon and the other sipping the sauce right out of my palm. No chips or dip required. Just Gator Sauce. The name is even better with the flavor. How can you not say Gator Sauce without smiling. Got some of my “reserved and less enthusiastic about spicy food” friends devouring every drop they could get their greedy little hands on. There’s a good amount of sauce in the bottle but it wasn’t enough… it’s never enough to quench the spice. Three people went through about half a bottle in a couple hours, they unhinged at the taste and couldn’t get enough. Good luck friend, go in peace and go with Gator Sauce.

This stuff is the most amazing hot sauce. It’s not too spicy and has such a flavorful profile that is full of such a savory flavor!! It’s not like your typical hot sauce that has a strong vinegar flavor to it! I use it on sandwiches, chicken, and anything I can find an excuse to add its flavor to! TRY IT!!!! You WON’T regret it!!!
