I have a strong addiction to coffee and when I need a little break from it I usually switch to this Yerba Mate for a week. This one tastes great and has a lot of caffeine. Also good like a pre-workout drink.

These are so good and also a great source for energy! I personally do not like coffee so I had to look elsewhere to find enough caffeine to make it though the day. I found that Guayaki Yerba mate can get be through the day on just ONE or even half of one can, and have no crash afterwards! My favorite it the mint flavor and it is Soo good! The mint is subtle be very refreshing to start the day or a midday pick up.The subscribe and save option is also the cheapest I have found per can! Highly recommend

I have drank these since 2015 and I still love them. Though I’m now only ever drinking the mint one and don’t really enjoy the others like I used to. Two things to know: they have a crazy amount of sugar (28g) and caffeine (150mg). I wish they had this flavor with those dialed down but they don’t. The glass mint one is not the same.It’s great. Definitely try it and be careful if you’re caffeine sensitive.

I feel as if Yerba Mate gives me better energy when studying. I could drink the same amount of caffeine equivalent to coffee but the way I feel is different. I’m sure the at-home brewed yerba mate is better, but this is a great compromise for someone that wants a cold beverage while being on the go. At first, trying Yerba Mate was pretty intense, I had an alert from my Apple Watch saying I had an elevated heart rate while being stationary for a period of time. Mentioning that, I don’t think people with heart rate issues should drink this.Finally, I think this is a great replacement for coffee and has a more refreshing taste.
