Kathy Lynch –
Smoky but not too spicy!I LOVE IT!!!
V. Hampton –
FANTASTIC flavor!! Smokey, sweet, and just the right amount of heat

There is some genuine good flavor before the heat kicks in. The level of spice is a nice amount for the experienced, but a bit high for the in-spiced.
AJG –
It’s got a smoky chipotle flavor. Not spicy at all but very delicious, full of flavor! I love it on my breakfast burrito! Or pulled pork (other bbq foods).
Mark Howard –
First off, each sauce is packed with flavor. You taste the various peppers and supporting ingredients that give the heat something to play with. A mash of actual peppers, tastes of apricot and (toasted) onion, just it a great depth of flavor that makes you want more, even as you are trying to deal with the heat hitting the back and sides of the tongue. The fun is in trying it in a range of dishes that you wouldn’t expect a hot sauce to do well in.(…but it does!)

Great smoke, great complex peppers, perfect (low) acidity, not too sweet. But rather than 4/10 it’s maybe 2/10 hot.
Mark Niemiec –
This sauce has excellent flavor with a mild yet still present level of spice!
Jason Hinton –
Great on tamales and other Mexican food

Delicious hot and Smokey flavor. Like a spicy barbecue sauce.
Dariusz Pasinski –
This is now my absolute favorite hot sauce for chicken wings! It has a bbq flavor with some heat, it’s hard to describe. All I can say is that it’s delicious and a must try for anyone that wants a flavorfull sauce that doesn’t incinerate your taste buds. It has some heat but it’s not “holy cow where is the milk?!” kind of heat.
