This is an awesome “every day” hot sauce if you like heat. It has a really great garlic taste, and of all the hot peppers I like the flavor of ghost pepper by far the best. Also, it is not a watery sauce, so it’s thick enough to hold onto food rather than just roll right off.There are certainly hotter sauces, but if you’re looking for good flavor and respectable heat this is a great option.
