Nectar of the Gods. What is this stuff NOT good on? My favorite so far is vanilla bean ice cream. Also, yes this is pricey honey, but sometimes when people get low on groceries for whatever reason and have to get into the canned goods on hand like soup or brown rice or oatmeal, just a light drizzle makes it delicious and special. Expensive, but you only need a tiny amount to make cheap food taste good. And expensive food. All food.

Saw a video on youtube about how honey is suppose to be good for the heart. Came onto amazon and came across this honey that’s hot too, I just couldnt resist and got a 24oz bottle. And I have zero regrets other than not finding this sooner. I just hope it’s mostly pure honey and not artificial fake stuff.(and yes I can see where they its sourced from)

You have to try this! I made a butter board and drizzled this on top! It was amazing. Then we tried in in chicken wings and pizza. Super yummy and not very hot; it was the right amount of heat. I also gifted one to my friend who’s a chef. He’s so excited to try it.

This is a great product for everyday use! It goes great with a cheese board or on top of brie. I have even had it on top of pizza before! A great product as long as you can handle the spicy kick! Great for gifting!!!!!

Very spicy and I loved it. So I actually received two packets of this in a goody bag for a gala I went to a while ago. And when I tried them it was very spicy honey which I liked. I had gone to David Burkes in the lower part of Manhattan and they had this chicken and waffles which was the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever tried. I don’t like chicken and waffles but they made the best chicken and waffles and I think it had to do with the fact that their honey had a little spice cake to it. And this mimics that honey very well except it’s spicier. So if you like spice and sweet then I highly recommend putting this on anything you would put honey on with a little pinch of salt if you want to add the saltines. Another thing that I like to do is put cheese on crackers or Crustini‘s with cheese on top and you melted cheese just a little bit and drizzle and Honey. It’s delicious. I bought this to try that but I feel like it’s a little too spicy for the dish but I feel like if you have someone in your life that’s really into spices like Asian level spicy then they would love this. It’s very spicy on its own and that’s not even trying the super spicy one. That’s just the regular one. If you try the hot one you’re gonna burn your mouth off. It’s extremely hot and spicy. Do not be deceived with the honey aspect of it. You must enjoy and like spicy food in order to enjoy and like this honey. I happen to be that person

Everywhere I go, brussel sprouts are on the menu these days. I ordered Mike’s Hot Honey after using at a barbecue joint on my French fries and BBQ sandwich but… I use it on my roasted brussel sprouts.Salt, pepper and oil and then roast those babies. Take them out and toss them with this honey. If you want it a little caramelized then throw it back in the oven for a few minutes.I have used this to make Honey Sesame Chicken too.Great as a dip for a charcuterie board.
