I love these for a quick meal with an egg thrown in for protien. If you like spicy, you’ll like this. Normal pallets may find this too spicy, but I eat habeneros and ghost peppers with food on the regular. So this isn’t very spicy to me.I recommend letting it sit for a good 10 minutes or even more. The noodles soak up the juice and oh gosh is it yummy.The mushrooms are a lil chewy. That would be my only complaint.

Not just spicy, these are hot. I love hot food, and these are just perfect for me. Not crazy hot, but definitely more than spicy in my opinion. I would compare them to eating a raw jalapeno or maybe a little hotter. I cook mine then add kimchi or other vegtables, however that does take away from the heat slightly. I have had one other ramen type noodle before that was stupid hot, but these are great.

I made Sichuan Pork noodles with this! I love this brand of noodles because it pairs with a lot of different Chinese dishes! It’s also very filling and not greasy at all!

These are a go-to for office life quick lunches. The cup is disposable, which is super convenient. The spice is in its own package, so you can adjust the spiciness/sodium intake to your desired level. You can throw in some chicken or other ingredients to increase the meal experience. The big issue is price. It varies heavily. These used to be $1/cup. But I have seen them get as high as $4/cup. Which for just noodles and a packet of seasoning is absolutely ridiculous. But when they are on sale, I cannot recommend them enough if you like ramyun.
