This is a healthy-ish snack. Some legitimate protein and fiber. The oils they use aren’t great—see ingredients— The thing is, they are so DELICIOUS. I ate an entire bag yesterday and thought about opening another one in the middle of the night. Just try them. Cheesy and crunchy and an umami thing going on. My 4 year old LOVES these, so much that I always had to make him put them in a portion so he didn’t eat the big bag in one sitting. These mini bags are PERFECT!!The nutrition profile is pretty great, especially for “junk” food. WAY better than something like Takis. He has a dairy allergy too and I’m so grateful these are dairy free! A lot of DF people replace hot Cheetos with these awesome chips! I wish they were sold everywhere!!
