Welcome to Queen Majesty Hot Sauce. I started making my hot sauce in the early 2000s, like how my Sicilian grandmother made sauce; slow cooking it in small batches with whole fresh ingredients like lemon juice, garlic cloves, and extra virgin olive oil. In 2013, I began selling it at farmer’s markets and eventually landed on the shelves of Whole Foods and the hit show Hot Ones. Word of mouth and our amazing customers have been helping us grow ever since!

I saw this hot sauce on the show “Hot ones”. What stuck out to me was the guest clearly had been hit with some heat and immediately said ,”This has got a good flavor to it!”I love the ginger flavor of this sauce. It has some heat to it no doubt, but if my 7 year old survived it….so can you.There is an initial heat hit but the ginger flavor really sticks out.Good with chicken but does not pair well with other items I have tried so far.

I have a collection of probably 30 hot sauces of varying heat, and my end goal of buying such a collection was to find a hot sauce that I absolutely loved. THIS IS THE ONE. It is not a traditional hot sauce (a la red hot sauce) but is delicious with eggs, mexican food, and I find myself taking a sip from the bottle from time to time. It is not particularly spicy, but has some kick which makes it great for those that don’t crave pain. PERFECT GIFT.
