I love these scallop “jerky”! I originally had similar ones as a souvenir from japan. I’ve had fresh and unfresh versions, this one is spicier than the one I had before (which i like), and its fresher. You can tell when its not as fresh when the main scallop muscle is really tough (and this one isnt, its chewy but also tender). yeah its a bit expensive (i think $1 a scallop? i didnt actually count how many is in each bag), but its a delicious treat for me.Oh, be careful if you have cats that like seafood, they WILL try to take it from you.
