Great set for hot sauce/honey lovers! Would make an amazing gift. My favorite is the Carolina Hot sauce (especially on a breakfast omelet). Red Clay really focuses on flavor by using top notch ingredients and barrel aging their hot sauces. And the hot honey has just a hint of spice that is perfect on cornbread or in a simple syrup for margaritas. Love this stuff!

I live in the Southwest and have access to all sorts of hot sauces……these ROCK! My favorite is the hot honey, but all the sauces in the variety pack are delicious. This would make a fabulous gift for all the hot sauce lovers out there. The aged flavors are delicious and I am planning on buying so much more. 🙂

Love this. The packaging is great, and it served as an excellent gift. Got it for my husband so it was also a gift for me, which I recommend.We had purchased the verde sauce before, which is great, but I’ve been thrilled with the other sauces and the honey. Not too too hot, but a good level of warmth so it’s not just like vinegar sauce. And it’s good on a lot of the foods I want hot sauce on – particularly eggs and collard greens, plus the hot honey on biscuits (or better, chicken biscuits). Yum!

Love these hot sauces! The heat doesn’t overwhelm or linger. The Carolina has a deeper flavor than the regular, a more intense heat, whereas the regular is more of a go-to like Tobasco (but more tasty!). I use the hot honey for all sorts of things, from fish to salads to kicking up a cocktail. Really great products and I love that it’s all home-grown in the USA.
