So many times I taste a hot sauce and it taste like all the other hot sauces. One dimensional. Just heat. Then your mouth burns so much that flavor doesn’t really matter much anyhow because the taste buds are shot.This is a a gift box of 3 bottles. 5 oz. EACH.This sauce is delicious! It is a vinegar based sauce. It is a thinner sauce. I can taste the onion and smokiness in it. It reminds my husband and me of a North Carolinian style barbecue sauce with heat for pulled pork.Heat level. I am surprised it is a 7 out 10. My daughter warned me that a Carolina Reaper is very spicy. This is a very nice heat. Stays in the mouth and doesn’t choke me on the way down. It is spicy, but not what I thought it was going to be.If we don’t use it all by then, I plan sharing the remaining two bottles as Christmas gifts with friends/family who love hot sauces.

This isn’t spicy enough to burn my mouth, but it’s hot enough to make any food interesting. With the pineapple and smoked onions, it taste more Hawaiian than Mexican. This is the tastiest hot sauce I’ve ever had!

When I saw this, I was nervous about trying it. Our family likes spicy/hot, but not so much that it causes discomfort. The label does state that it is fairly hot, but we decided to give it a try because if anything, we would just use a tiny bit.When we received this, the first thing we did was open and smell it. It wasn’t unpleasant at all, like some hot sauces have a bitter, unpleasant smell. We tried a tiny bit by itself and were quite surprised at its taste and heat. It wasn’t as hot/spicy as we were anticipating. Our son, who loves spicy but not super spicy, loves this. He uses it on everything he can. My wife literally pours it over her eggs and steamed vegetables. I use it in many things as well, and none of us have any stomach discomfort from this. We all enjoy this and are very glad it has come with so many bottles since we’ve finished on already.

This is fairly hot but not a throat grabber, it is thin, vinagery, slightly sweet and fruity. Altogether delicious ! I used this on hot wings and it was superb . I’m not sure what the kids used it on but they went through most of one bottle in one evening (3 people, not a crowd). The family pepper heads are thrilled with it.

It’s pineapple and smoked onion, you can taste and feel the chunks of pineapple and smoked onion but it’s also very hot and tangy. The heat level comes from the Carolina reaper pepper, the tanginess comes from the apple cider vinegar.It’s not sweet, the pineapple and smoked onion balances out the Carolina Reaper pepper. The sweetness of the pineapple and onion and the tang of the vinegar just cut the heat to make a nice, balanced hot sauce.
