I have been testing different bottles as I’ve never like Tabsco (to vinegary). This had a very nice flavor and thickness with a nice heat level. Just wish they stated which peppers they are using like other bottles do.

This is my favorite table sauce so far. I prefer something less vinegary and more neutral so I can use it on all types of food. I still have other sauces for other specific purposes but I like having one general sauce for every day use. I used to prefer Blair’s Pure Death which has been discontinued for a while now because it was almost completely neutral in flavor.Tapatio has a really good flavor considering how cheap it is and it has more flavor and less vinegar than other popular table sauces. I didn’t like Valentina black or El Yucateco green. Valentina had a weird taste to it and no heat, I don’t like chipotle or smoky and that might have something to do with it. I don’t dislike Cholula but I kept hearing how it’s the best and it has amazing flavor but to me it is too vinegar forward, and not as hot. Badia Ghost Pepper was alright, it was more heat and less flavor. I don’t think I ever actually tried El Yucateco Red but I did try the XXX and something about the pepper used in it burned my throat more than anything I’ve ever eaten including much spicier sauces and foods.For reference I do love the flavor of vinegar based sauces such as Frank’s and Crystal but only for specific foods. I use Tapatio on anything except Asian, for Asian food I always prefer a Chili Garlic sauce or something with a sweet note.

It’s tapatio. One of the greater tasting hot sauces out there and the value is incredible. Would definitely recommend these!

This is by far the best hot sauce I have ever tasted it has a sweet hint to it and I absolutely love it. I am upset I only brought one bottle because I don’t see this one lasting very long. I’ve only had it for one day and I have reached for it for every meal I ate lol.If you are wondering about the heat level I would classify this as mild but honestly it’ll depend what your tolerance is. My mother has zero spice tolerance and immediately dashed for the water after tasting it. She made it worse by doing that but aye after her fit she said it was good10 out of 10 and I would absolutely recommend.
