It’s very smooth. Not pasty like sriracha. It’s a different taste. I like this one for fries or hot dog more than sriracha. I’d buy again. It’s a tad expensive for how little the container is though.

Not as sweet as I expected, but a pleasant heat and sweet mixture. I believe this sauce will be great on wings or pizza. Will purchase again.

This is the best Vietnamese hot sauce on the internet. Can’t get it here in Alaska, but it’s exactly what I tasted in Vietnam. It’s got a slight sweet taste, and a nice little kick on the back end. You can put it on almost anything. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

The flavor is awesome, a little bit hot but not too much, we even tried it on top of vanilla ice cream and it was great!

The flavor that this hot sauce gives it amazing. You really have to try it to get an appreciation of what hot sauce really should taste like !!!!

If you like ketchup AND Huy Fong Sriracha with your junk food, I recommend you give this a shot. Flavor- and texture-wise it’s closer to ketchup, but with a good deal of chili flavor and much less tomato and vinegar flavors. I heard of this recommended instead of Sriracha, but each are their own thing. I’m more likely to use Chin Su in place of ketchup and to keep using Huy Fong Sriracha where it makes sense to me. I’ve enjoyed having it around and will continue to keep it in my kitchen.
